Founded in 1966 by retailing Master Saddlers, the Society of Master Saddlers is a respected membership organisation. It supports its members through training, accreditation, and as an End Point Assessor. Over time, it has grown into an international body representing retailers, individual craft saddlers, saddle and bridle fitters, manufacturers, and suppliers across the trade.
